1. I have the right to decline your commission; I am not obligated to explicitly state the reason for refusal.
2. I do not accept rushed commissions. If you have a deadline, please discuss this with me beforehand where a rush fee may be applied.
3. Rude behavior is not tolerated, and your commission will be canceled if this occurs.
4. Your canvas will be 300dpi and of a variable size depending on the commission. If you want a specific canvas size, let me know when placing your order.
5. Commissions will be sent as png files via email or through VGen for VGen orders.
6. Accepted commissions does not mean endorsement of the commissioner or anyone associated with them.
1. Payment is due upfront. If there is a waitlist, you don’t pay until I’m ready to start your commission. I will not start until payment is made. However, for commissions over $150, partial payment can be discussed.
2. I only accept payment through Paypal Invoices or through VGen.
3. Full refunds will only be issued before I start on your commission or if I am unable to complete it.
4. Partial refunds can only be requested after I have started working on your commission, where the amount refunded will depend on the amount of work I have already done.
5. You cannot get a refund once I start the rendering stage for your commission.
1. I will NOT edit a completed image if I am provided an outdated/inaccurate reference.
2. I only allow 3 free revisions during the sketching/approval stage. Any additional revisions afterward will be +$5 per revision.
- Commissions will have a turnaround time of between 2 weeks to 2 months, with smaller pieces being completed generally faster than larger/complex ones, unless stated otherwise. (I am not a full time artist, so I will be completing commissions at my own pace.)
2. If there are any delays on my end, you will be notified as soon as possible.
3. If you have a deadline in mind, please let me know so I can both plan for it and determine if there will be an additional rush fee. If I cannot complete your custom within the deadline, I will not accept your order.
4. For sketch commissions, the approval stage will be a rough sketch WIP.
5. For non-sketch commissions, the approval stage will be a sketch WIP of the commission with colors roughly blocked in.
6. I will provide WIPs if you ask, as long as you do not ask for it daily.
1. Commissions are for personal use only. (You can use your commission as a profile picture/banner on social media, you can print it out for personal display, and you may use the commission to promote yourself without selling the artwork itself.)
2. You are allowed to repost the commissioned artwork on your own accounts, provided that the image is the watermarked version as well as credited to me.
3. If you would like to use it for monetized or commericial reasons, please discuss this with me first.
4. I do not allow my artwork to be used for AI, NFTs, or any crypto-currency related use.
5. Altering, reprinting, and/or reselling of the commissioned artwork is not allowed.
1. I retain the right to use commissioned artwork in my portfolios and social medias, where it will be made clear that it was a commission by the commissioner, whether they would like to be named or remain anonymous.
2. Aside from myself, only the commissioner is allowed to use the illustration, unless specifically allowed by the commissioner.
1. To make it incredibly clear, the use of my work in AI programs or AI in any kind, shape, or form is prohibited. By commissioning me, you agree to my TOS and to never use my work in AI. You may not change, edit, "enhance", or expand upon my work in any way. This includes Grok, ChatGPT, Sora AI, and any other AI tools. This applies to all my works.
1. I will communicate with you via email. If you'd prefer a different type of communication, please reach out to ask about it (ex: Discord).
2. I reserve the right to stop work or cancel a custom design due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, an inability to effectively communicate in the English language, or a breach of these Terms of Service.
